One research rhythm

Keep evidence and action connected.

Research OS is being built around the daily cycle of capturing information, making sense of it, and deciding what comes next.

01

Capture context

Keep research notes, references, and project context together instead of scattering them across unrelated tools.

02

Organize knowledge

Use structured tags and views to move from individual records to a clearer picture of the whole project.

03

Plan the next step

Connect tasks and schedules with the research they support, so priorities remain visible during the working day.

Google Calendar

Synchronization is optional and permission-driven.

When a user connects Google Calendar, Research OS uses the granted access only to show and synchronize calendar events inside the app. The connection can be revoked at any time.

What the integration is designed to do

  • Read events selected for synchronizationDisplay dates, times, titles, and related event details in the Research OS calendar.
  • Synchronize user-directed changesCreate, update, or delete events when the user performs the corresponding action.
  • Keep the user in controlUse the minimum access needed and stop synchronization after the account is disconnected.
Data path

A direct connection for a visible feature.

Google Calendar data is used for calendar synchronization—not advertising, resale, surveillance, or training generalized AI models.
